Refund and Return Policy

At Hippie Couples, we take pride in providing high-quality cosmetic and health products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Conditions for Return Approval:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via email at levianu21@gmail.com.
You must provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products returned without prior approval
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
3. Replacements
If you prefer, we can replace your damaged or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund. Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost once the return is approved.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Whitening cream
Body soap (once unsealed)
Health mix powders (once opened)
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
