We currently ship orders across India using trusted courier partners.
b. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
c. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.
d. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you make payment.
Free shipping may be available on promotional offers.
e. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
f. Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking your order.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, email us at levianu21@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
b. Order Cancellation by Hippie Couples
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
Product out of stock
Payment not received or payment issues
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
Suspected fraudulent transactions
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
